Small Group Coaching

Our Small Group Coaching program is designed to elevate your fitness journey with the perfect blend of personalized attention, camaraderie, and results-driven workouts.

Immerse yourself in a dynamic fitness experience with 1-2 small group training sessions per week, individual support where our expert coaches guide you through tailored workouts that cater to your individual goals and fitness levels. Our small group coaching provides a tight-knit support system where you'll find encouragement, motivation, and accountability from both your coach and fellow group members.  FAQs

  • No is the short answer, you do not NEED to do either of these things. If you are an online client you may be asked (if comfortable) to record ‘form check’ videos to ensure you are performing a move safely but all footage stays between you and Hannah Kay. Tracking calories is one method of hitting a specific goal, as there are many other methods there is no definitive requirement where you would be asked to track.

  • Packages will be explained during a Taster Session or Consultation Call. Across all different services (Face to Face, Online and Hybrid) there is a wide price range as each service is tailored differently and provides different requirements of coaching. All the prices are based on associated time periods (per hour, per month, per 6 months) as they are all different services.

  • Firstly, I’m so glad to hear you’re interested in coaching! If you fill out the form on the Get In Touch page, I will ensure a speedy response to arrange a consultation with you.

  • You do NOT need to be a member of Roko Health Club or any other gym facility to receive coaching from Hannah Kay in any of the services provided. If receiving Face to Face Sessions you will be required to sign in at reception and only allowed in to the facility for the duration and time where you are under the guidance of Hannah Kay. For Online and Hybrid Coaching there are options for Home-Based Programming and Gym-Based Programming.
