HKF Barbell Club

Back in March 2023, I launched the HKF Barbell Club 6-Week Course.

This was with the aim to teach women how to lift safely and confidently on the gym floor. It was to refresh anyone’s prior knowledge, or teach them the fundamentals of working with barbells.

The course booked up within 24 hours of it’s announcement and ran successfully for the whole 6 weeks.
