  • Hannah Kay Fitness focuses on the individual and the bespoke training program, nutritional advice and mindset training. The relationship is completely tailored to the needs, wants and goals of the individual. EMPOWER employs a collective ethos where we harness the strength and collaboration of the group in order to achieve. The format is in group sessions and involves building and nurturing relationships. The aim is to collectively improve their relationship with their mind, body and self alongside likeminded women.

  • The best course of action is to Get In Touch. From here, we can have a chat and use the information you provide to help guide you to a solution that meets your preferences.

  • Upon meeting you on the gym floor, we would start off by completing a warm-up and making sure your body and mind is prepared for activity. Once we have completed the warm-up, we would then move onto the main bulk of the session which will be a series of resistance, strength, cardio or stretch-based exercises that have been curated based on your individual goals and objectives. To finish, we will cooldown and stretch whilst reflecting on the success of the session and discuss next steps.
